Bob K. Martin Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Robert “Bob” Keith Martin, 81, a good and faithful servant of God, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 30, at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home. Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 Monday at Gunderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Harvest Baptist Church with interment in Fulton Lutheran Cemetery. A loving and caring father and grandpa, Bob is survived by his children Laurie Vega, Diana Martin, Dawn (Rick) Siebken, Sean Martin and Heidi (Stan) Ingram; 11 grandchildren; Angel Grove, Shandi Steinkuehler, Kristine Mansfield, Shaina Bautista, Justin Siebken, Bo Martin, Stephany Martin, Jackson Martin, Haley Severeid, Riley Ingram and Pepper Martin, 24 great grandchildren and his dogs Mocha and Tucker. He was preceded in death by his father Carl Hayes, mother Gladys (Lyngstad) Martin and stepfather Carlyle Martin, sisters Shar, Sherry and Shirley. Bob was employed at Hormel Foods, did custodial work for Fremont High School and Webster County DHS, park ranger for Camp Lakota Girl Scouts, and also worked at Fort Dodge Machine and O’Reilly’s Auto. He was a hospice volunteer at the Paula J. Baber Home and a Christian missionary to everyone he met. He loved having large family meals and gatherings and everyone looked forward to his baked beans and mash potatoes. Bob was a great mentor to his family.
