Connie Wooster, 72, of Fort Dodge died on Friday, January 21, 2022 at the Paula J Baber Hospice Home. A service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, January 27, 2022 at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge. Visitation will take place from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Gunderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Interment will take place at St. Olaf Lutheran Cemetery. Connie was born on December 6, 1949 in Fort Dodge, IA. She graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School in 1968. Connie Taylor was united in marriage to Dave Wooster on June 19, 1971 at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge, IA. Connie was an excellent seamstress. She loved flowers and gardening in her flower beds. Connie babysat for many years and enjoyed spending time with children and cooking. Connie is survived by her husband of 51 years, Dave; her daughters, Shelley (Bruce) Napier and Julie (Eric) Lowry; her grandchildren, Dillon, Kyle, and Ella; her brothers, Denny (Kia) Taylor and Tom (Janine) Taylor; her sister, JoAnn (Dennis) Green; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Taylor and Aileen Taylor. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Merland and Lowdell Taylor. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the discretion of the family.
